David Ryce –

Originally from North Vancouver, David came to Toronto to pursue a career in the Real Estate sector. He holds a B.Sc. from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University. David is currently working at CIBC World Markets where he is a member of the Real Estate Investment Banking team. 

David grew up on the North Shore and was able to benefit from cycling in British Columbia. A professional downhill cyclist since 1999, David has competed across Canada, the United States and Europe at the provincial, national and world cup level.

He firmly believes that cycling is a remarkable activity that provides freedom, responsibility, excitement, and friendship while creating personalities and fitness. David feels that if it were not for cycling, he would not be where he is today - so he wants to ensure that more of Toronto’s children have bikes, so that they too can create their own cycling memories and perhaps someday take advantage of the opportunities that bicycles can bring.
